I had a Budget truck cancel on me the day before I needed to move. A man called and said there was a “no-truck situation” and that I needed to call customer service to see if there’s anything left for me to use. I tried calling the customer service but the number he gave me was incorrect. After a brief panic, I quickly found Elite Truck Rental’s website and had a 15 foot truck reserved within minutes. Very friendly people on the phone. Extremely clear communication. The truck was in great condition. I was able to have the truck for 23 hours (I couldn’t find a U-Haul truck to rent for more than 6 hours).

For moving within the city, I will only use Elite Truck Rental in the future.
