After living in several major U.S. cities and recently moving to Chicago, I can honestly say it’s rare to find a business where the owner cares so much about their customers.

I went there to pick up a truck I had reserved, but realized I also needed a tow dolly. Although they didn’t rent tow dollies themselves, and knew I might end up renting both the truck and dolly from another location instead, they still went above and beyond to help me. They called multiple Penske branches to find the closest available option for me.

While I was there, I also noticed that all the trucks were being cleaned and inspected by their in-house mechanic, which is something that’s not very common with rental companies these days.

This is a long-standing private business, and it’s easy to see why the community speaks so highly of them. Their professionalism and genuine care for customers are invaluable. Even when there was no guarantee they would make any money from my rental, they still made sure I was taken care of and satisfied with the service.
