I rented a Penske truck from Elite for a one way move from Chicago to the West Coast and couldn’t recommend them enough. After shopping around the city and comparing all of the options I am so thankful that I chose to go with Elite. One of the things that really sets them apart is that they guarantee your rental truck will be ready on they day you need it. I read many horror stories from people who rented from other big companies which don’t actually guarantee that your truck will be ready on the day you need it even if you reserve it ahead of time. Moving is stressful enough and having that guarantee was one less thing to worry about.

The workers at Elite are great and you can tell that they actually really want to make sure that you are taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thank you guys for helping make my move a success.
