The day of my reservation with Penske at the Home Depot on Lincoln Ave. I came to the location to pick up a 22ft truck only to find out it was never delivered to the location. I was told I would need travel to Elite Trucking to pick up my Penske and they would give me 20% off as well for the inconvenience. While upsetting as this was I was willing to travel another 30mins instead of waiting a few more hours. The true problem was no one thought to update me on issue they moment they found out about the issue.
After coming to Elite Trucking on Western Ave they didn’t have a 22ft truck, but instead they had a 26ft truck available. After determining I wasn’t comfortable driving a 26ft in the mountains. I let the representative Perdro know. Pedro began making a few calls and let me know this could take a few mins but he would try to work something out for me. About 30mins later Pedro called me back and informed me he had a 16ft truck ready for me.
I must say Pedro exceeded all expectations by providing exceptional customer service. He took control of the entire situation and communicated with me every step of the way. I truly appreciated his honesty and genuine concern and care and over all working to turn my overall experience around.
