This place is so awesome. The main guy is kind of a tough guy but as long as you are upfront with him he is really nice and helpful. The pricing was great value and they were willing to work with me and actually lowered my charge per mile to a reasonable number because I told them I needed to drive about 600 miles round trip. I ended up keeping it an extra day and didn’t call them and they were fine with it. I even called in the morning because I wasn’t going to make it in time, and they really understanding and told me it was no problem just take my time. I originally was going to get a basic and simple box truck with a pull out ramp but after talking to the guy, I asked about a powered lift gate and he told me it was only an extra $25/day and since I was moving a large piano I jumped on that idea. I think I got a really good value and really good cust. service. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
