We rented a 16 ft Penske moving truck from Elite Truck Rental last week and our experience was so wonderful, I was compelled to write a review. The facility is very clean and comfortable and located in a great location that is easy to get in and out of. The truck we received was ready to go and in excellent condition. Both of these things were great but what made the experience 5 star was the gentlemen working there. Everyone we spoke to and interacted with were amazing! I was obviously very stressed about our cross country move to AZ, but they were very calming and assured us everything would be fine. They were extremely professional and friendly and it was apparent this is how they treat everyone as we witness their interaction with other regular customers while we were there too. All I can say is THANK YOU Elite Truck Rental, I will definitely be recommending you to anyone looking for a truck rental.
